I don't like Devil's Night :(

You can't imagine the kind of trouble kids get into these days!! Especially when they have an excuse. Devil's Night is AWFUL when you're a security guard. TOILET PAPER, EVERYWHERE! EGGS!! BROKEN, ROTTING PUMPKINS!!! It's like a war zone, I tell you!

I was walking down the street the other day, feeling a little blue (my boss still hates me. WELL I HATE YOU TOO, YOU STUPID TOAD!!! Er, I hope he's not reading this) and I ran into this nice Detective Man with a big nose and a funny accent. We chatted a little bit about what an amazing slueth he is. I'd never really heard of him but I guess I don't pay enough attention to that sort of thing, I'm sure he really is famous, I guess I SHOULD know, since I'm security guard, and that's sort of the same thing, but not really, but I really didn't recognize his name so....

ANYWAY.

I think the best way to prove a detective is really great is to have a SUPER Criminal, right? It's kind of sad that the criminals aren't tough enough. What's a super hero without an arch villain anyway?

I hope you find yourself a real crminal, Mr. Detective!

Hmmm...as for me, I could use some money. Anyone know a good way to make money quickly...? I have so much to prepare for....

Mr. Busujima (my boss) said before I shouldn't have one of these internet journal thingies, because I have a big mouth and I wouldn't be able to keep secrets. Well...well who cares what that big toad says! Mareka told me if I want to have one, I should have one! So I will!

Oh yeah, Mareka is my wife. :D We just got married a few weeks ago. She's beautiful and courageous and wonderful! I'm the luckiest man alive to have her. I couldn't convince her to get a journal, though, she's far too busy with her motocycle. She's tuning it up for our ride tonight :D

And me? I'm Yuusaku Amasugi! I thought with an online journal I might be able to make more friends, since I don't have that many right now... Will you friend me? :D

Hm, I wonder if I should tell Mareka about work today... I probably should but I don't want to worry her... I don't like it when she's worried... maybe I'll just keep it to myself... hmmmm.....

[SEXUALITY:] Mareka-sexual (aka very straight despite appearances)

[FRIENDS:] Mareka – His beautiful, talented, and magnificent wife. They met when he came upon her being robbed by a pair of muggers, and was able to surprise them enough in his security guard uniform to scare them off. He and Mareka have been inseparable ever since.

[ENEMIES:] Kurobee Busujima - Though not really an enemy, since Yuusaku isn't exactly capable of really hating anyway, Yuusaku doesn't get along very well with his boss. After being denied a raise they got into a bit of an argument, and just recently parted on unfriendly terms.

[OCCUPATION:] Until very recently, security guard for KB Security. Don't tell Mareka!

[HOBBIES:] Yuusaku’s only hobbies are watching old Phantom Thief anime and buying things for his wife Mareka. He loves the internet because it’s full of so many things to look at (super heros and phantom thieves) and great for research (on super heros and phantom thieves). But lately he's got it into his head that the super hero lifestyle isn't just for fiction, and has been slowly amassing various gadgets and paraphanalia.

[LIKES:] His lovely and charming wife Mareka <3. Heroism. Money, because he can buy Mareka new things with it. The internet, because of the above mentioned reasons. Yuusaku has a great respect for all things honorable, courageous, and flashy. Not to mention hard candies and other sweets.

[DISLIKES:] People who don’t play fair. People who hurt other people. Anything that upsets Mareka. And broccoli.

[STRENGTHS:] Yuusaku isn’t very strong physically, but he is faster and more resourceful than he looks. He grew up "training" to be a super hero so it’s no wonder he’s a great security guard. He’s also a devoted husband and very trusting.

[WEAKNESSES:] Yuusaku is very excitable and has a short attention span, so he can be easily steered from topic to topic. He doesn’t think very reasonably when he’s flustered, which happens a lot. Yuusaku is also very naïve, especially as it concerns his Phantom Thief idols, and the morality of “stealing” whether or not advance notice is given.

[APPEARANCE:] Yuusaku is fairly tall, but that’s about all he has going for him. He’s very skinny and looks distinctly feminine due to his soft features and big brown eyes. He has long red hair that he keeps rolled up in a pair of cinnabun-shaped curls on either side of his head. He can usually be seen wearing his homemade thief costume, when he’s not in his security guard uniform.

[PERSONALITY:] Hyperactive. Yuusaku is prone to mood swings, and will go from cheerful, to pessimistic, to thoughtful, to desk-slammingly urgent within the span of a single conversation. When he thinks something to be important he’ll stress it to the extreme, shouting his opinions, but when he’s thoughtful or unsure his sentences quickly taper off. He’s very dedicated to the concept of fair play and idolizes anything that follows that example. Easily swayed by heroic figures.

[ABILITIES:] Yuusaku has the astounding ability to be the gayest married guy ever!

[BACKGROUND:] Yuusaku grew up adoring heros, and once he left school pursued a career in law enforcement. But his temperment doesn’t lend well to the police force, so he ended up as a security guard with KB Security. Though not his dream job, it did give him the opportunity to meet his future wife, Mareka.

While returning home from work Yuusaku, still in uniform, happened upon a woman being mugged by two robbers. He bravely intervened and managed to catch the robbers by surprise, scaring them off. Impressed by his heroism, Mareka instantly fell for her savior and the two are in the process of living happily ever after.

However, because Yuusaku is so devoted to Mareka and providing her with everything she wants, he quickly spent most of the money he had. When his boss at KB, Busujima, refused to give him a raise, he resorted to selling some of the company's top secret information to its rivals. When Busujima discovered him he was quickly fired. And now, Yuusaku has a new idea….

Can you BELIEVE it!? The one time I take a trip to see my cousin in Seattle, and Kamen Mask strikes in a DIFFERENT CITY!! :O :O :O

I wouldn't have even known if not for the internet! Apparently it was some big ruby from a museum in Chicago. Worth a fortune!! :O The police are trying to keep it hush hush, it seems. They didn't alert the press about the notice or ANYTHING!!

But I bet that steams Detective Hoshiidake pretty bad, huh? :3 But what a heist! I bet even the Detective wouldn't have been able to stop Kamen Mask this time, even if he was there!

So Father's Day came and went, and I didn't get a single card :(

I mean, I know technically I'm not a Dad...'cause I don't have any kids...but I will someday! They should make "Happy Eventual Father's Day" cards or something. Right? Right?!

So I was flipping through the news this morning, (hoping maybe there'd be something on Kamen Mask!), and suddenly I found a report that they arrested a police officer last night!

Too bad it wasn't Detective Hoshiidake, though. Kamen Mask could use a break from him! >D

Insted it was that nice scruffy man who put mean old Moroheiya in jail. I hope he's innocent! ;_; Good luck Mr. Police Officer, sir!

I think I'll call Mareka on her new phone and tell her all about it! :I

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

Today I spent the day with my loving and wonderful mother! What a great woman she is, raising a handful like me all by herself. Everytime I see her she tells me, "Yuu, how did you get so sweet?" And I say, "IT WAS YOU!!!"

(That and "How did you afford this!?" And I say, "How could I not get my mom expensive garden art for mother's day!?")

Happy Mother's Day, everyone!!

And for my Mareka, I got a carseat that fits in the side cab of her motorcycle. It was just so cute and perfectly safe, I had to buy it!

I mean, I know my lovely Mareka isn't a mother...yet...but I hope someday maybe...? I mean it would be so nice to have a family...a little boy, or a little girl, to raise together... I know Mareka doesn't want to yet because she couldn't ride her bikes while pregnant, that wouldn't be safe, but... babies are so cute ;_;

I didn't even know he was going to be out tonight! But I came home (from work) and Mareka was like, "LOOK HONEY IT'S KAMEN MASK :D :D" and I was like "OMG YAY."

HA, Moroheiya! HA HA HA. I told you Kamen Mask was amazing and wonderful! Whatever he stole (an egg?) I'm sure it's a fabulous treasure and...and it's much better off with him, yeah! He FREED that treasure from your silly little mansion!!

AND I'M SURE NOTHING WENT WRONG.

Because he's Kamen Mask!! Poor Detective Hoshiidake is probably alone in his office crying by now.

I don't like April Fools much. I always got teased in school. Like this one time, back in 5th grade, someone put a sign on my back that said "EAT ME" and everyone pulled my hair all day. And then in 8th grade someone replaced my hair spray with icing. And then in 10th grade someone photoshopped a bunch of pictures of me...well, it wasn't very nice that's for sure :( :( :(

So instead of posting pranks I'm posting a picture from the newspaper!

The Kamen Mask struck again tonight! But...he didn't get his prize this time :(

I'm glad people got to see him! And I hear Ms. Hart took pictures! Pictures of Kamen Mask, yay!!

But it really would have been better if he got the award. He sure deserved it more than any stupid detective, they haven't been able to catch Kamen Mask yet! Haven't even come close! So why should HE get an award!? And then be a lousy cheater and steal Kamen Mask's hard earned award back!

WHY ARE PEOPLE MEAN!!??

Why doesn't anyone understand that a PHANTOM THIEF is a THIEF. That means he STEALS things. Fair and square, with plenty of notice ahead of time.

Kamen Mask would never hit people with coffee mugs, or vacuum cleaners, or steal boring old money or ANYTHING without due warning!

That just wouldn't be nice.

In fact, Kamen Mask is wonderful and brilliant! And KIND! He even sent me a lovely Valentines Day card.

It's Valentines Day! I always get a lot, (from girls *and* boys...hmmmmm), but now that I'm married I'd better screen these comments, huh? Haha, just kidding. Mareka's the only woman for me. She's the most beautiful and talented woman in the world, after all.

There seems to be some big commotion going on in the news, but it doesn't have anything to do with Kamen Mask, so I'm not interested.

Instead, LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!

It's a costume designer! ISN'T IT JUST THE COOLEST!? It seems to be based in Japan, and the designs are mostly for signers, and women, but maybe they'd do a Phantom Thief kind of costume? Wouldn't that be cool? I wonder how much something like that would cost...

I especially like This one, if only there was some green in it... Hmm....

BUT NO ONE SAW IT!!!

My lovely Mareka recorded all the news last night and there was barely a peep! No police blockcades, no camera crews...not a single picture for me! I would have gone myself if I hadn't had work, which is clear on the other side of town...from both the police station and the prosecutor's office...

I heard someone got hurt, too. I AM CERTAIN IT WAS NOT KAMEN MASK'S FAULT IN ANY WAY! That's just not what Phantom Thieves do. I know! I've done research!

*sigh* I'll still cheer for you, Kamen Mask! Don't give up on this city! We'll give you the credit you deserve!!

I was speaking to, uh, a coworker the other day, who mentioned something peculiar and downright amazing--he found a Kamen Mask "fansite"! Now I'm as much a fan of the dashing Kamen Mask as anyone, but fan "sites"...? So of course I looked into it, and...ta da! I discovered the internets.

I don't really have any idea how it works, something to do with computers and nets and inters and maybe even some magic...

BUT THAT IS BESIDE THE POINT!

This livejournal place seemed like a great start to meeting other fans of Kamen Mask, so I signed up and friended dozens of people immediately! But reading back now, it seems that I've friended several police officers and even public prosecutors... not that there's anything wrong with that! I am very interested in the ways of our criminal justice system. Perhaps I can gain some extra insight on how they go about catching criminals...?

But most importantly, I've also been introduced to the wonder that is Ebay. Now I can buy all the lovely things my sweet Mareka needs without having to even leave the house! And they get sent directly to my ~~secret lair~~ house! Now I just need the money to pay for them.

Hmm...does anyone know of any museum exhibits going on...?
